Dylan, such a web page might have 2 icons on it: one for rainsters to enter receipt reports (with proper edits) and one to display extrapolated revenue and after-tax profit per location per quarter. Rainsters could then easily enter their receipt reports, and we could view the progress of each restaurant while the quarter progresses. If such a program were written, Dennis would probably pee in his pants with excitement at the most relevant data possible for RAIN. Such a program would not be easy to write, and please don't do it unless you have the time, energy, etc. I know the receipt report theory is right on the button. Even if RAIN jurry-rigged the receipt numbers to start out with a bogus number, it still would work - as my hueristic algorithm only needs the Difference between the earliest and latest receipt numbers within a given quarter and location. I fear that RAIN management might get wise to us and change their receipts. But their receitps might be tied into various software packages that RAIN couldn't tamper with.
