Yep, it's officially an operating loss, but the street will treat it as non-operating. acquired r&d really isn't an operating expense from the street perspective. can't look at eps as the same though, note that sebl has over 35 million shares out vs roughly 20 some odd for vntv.

agreed it's out of whack, but i doubt the stocks converge.
