Mind you, I don't disagree with you in idea or theory. But getting rid of The Fed or curtailing their influence is not going to happen under a conservative regime. In fact, there is little support for that from either party, even in a minority way. Now the Fed has such power and control over markets because the banksters or monetary corporations have siezed control of the capitalist system. That is a natural outgrowth of capitalism. Can you show me a capitalist system that has not been hijacked by the monetary authorities? Regulation is what is needed to counteract the power of the Federal Reserve? To your credit, you realize that once the Fed siezes full control, fascism and totalitarianism results, where wealth gets sent primarily to the top 1%. Yet, you object to someone like Warren who wants to redistribute that wealth! The very wealthy will always put their people in position of power to benefit them. In life, you cannot turn the clock back. The rich will always want to get richer and will do whatever is necessary to achieve their goals, whether in the form of Reagan or Trump. You mention how people complain in Canada in terms of waiting for an operation. In the USA, many are shut out and drop dead because they cannot afford treatment and the premiums associated with their capitalistic healthcare plans. It would be great if some of these people were in a position to wait for an operation. Some, would then be alive and well rather than dead. You don't seem to care about these people. Do you realize that the vast majority of Americans cannot afford an emergency, whether it be healthcare related or a big expense in regard to their car. But I care and I think Warren will be better for them than Trump - even though she is not perfect and has her faults. That's why I am voting for Warren.
