Yeah, finally a question instead of name calling. Yes, the cash was used to purchase TADs. Also, ACRT just finished a private placement In fact, if growth is fast, operating cash flow will be negative. This is because outstanding TADs need to be financed. If ACRT has expanding credit lines or can resell TADs to a financial institution either individually or through securitization, then ACRT can handle much more volume.

I am happy to post the balance of my notes on accounting, marketing etc.
