I can guarantee that they will not use money to enhance shareholder value. Decision long overdue. Should dump IMTN and Danish sub as well.

For DSC, you can only be sure of two things:
1) Good news does not help the stock price.
2)When market goes up, DSC price increases only marginally, but falls comparatively farther when market goes down.
For the last several Q's, I mentioned here I was confident of DSC making their numbers. Not so this Q.
