John: Not to be sarcastic, but I believe the analysts have already
burned this one to a crisp. Sure they could drop it another 30%,
but if nothing is done this thing will trade at these levels until
a flat Q or a loss and then end up in the soup anyway.

You are correct that it is a reversal in capital management. However,
with the stock at this price it could be considered a wise investment
and a bullish move by some circles. If it isn't worth more than 15
it is time to get out now.
