Interesting. I've read about Millennials creating a surge of ex-urbanization, as well as them moving to cities that are in decline, which were able to start to reverse the decline because of mass migration by Millennials. So they are starting new trends and finally coming into their own financially, since they got screwed during the Great Recession. Maybe that will help us longer term. They are going to need a lot of money to pay for all those socialist programs they want. When they realize that socialism means 50-70% of what they earn goes to someone else, they may lose a little of their enthusiasm for it.
