TG: There is no more talk of this subject on the thread, but at one point the Cartel was playing up that OVIS was going to the AMEX and this would force a cover. The cover of the supposed short would happen once the accounting of the old and issuing of the new certs.

So is there an accounting of the shares, or is the pink sheets the same exchange just without electronic quoting.
