still learning ms paint. I got the checkered box but control V does paste image. I can paste the StockCharts chart into MS paint by pressing <Control> first and while holding this key down.press <v> (just the letter not the brackets) Not the graphic should appear in MS PAINT... but the original is still in your clipboard. There should be a small size dashed box around the chart.... if it is not place your cursor in the upper left corner ... right-click your mouse but don't release.... drag the cursor to the bottom right corner of the chart then release the right button and the dashed line should appear around the chart, Now next to the big PASTE button in the upper right you will see COPY... right-click on COPY NOW you have replaced the StockChart chart with the chart that you pasted into MS paint, You might think it is the same chart, why do it??? It is because MS Paint removes ALL of the stuff attached to the original copy of the chart from Stockcharts that prevent it to paste properly into SI. The newchart is in Clipboard... now go into your SI post. right-click your cursor where you want the graphic to appear and press <Control> first and while holding this key down.press <v> (just the letter not the brackets) The chart should appear in your post. Once you can do this...later you can draw lines or arrows on the chart in MS PAINT to show features you want to show people. Good Luck UE
