To all:
With the permission from Mr.Ted Carter below is an excerpt from his daily newsletter dated January 22 1998.

<<SGGNF traded as high as 3.00 and as low as 2.50. The signs are that most of the selling has dried up as the trading range begins to narrow. It shows that the market makers are now having to increase their bids to entice shareholders to part with their stock. There is also not enough volume for the short sellers to make any substantial inroads in covering their position. If you really want to force these guys to buy in, send a fax to your broker requesting your non-rrsp and non-margin stock to be delivered within 72 hours. Any short seller unable to deliver will be bought in at whatever the market maker is offering. Also, if your broker tries to put you off by saying it could be three to six weeks before they can deliver stock, insist on 72 hours. Let's face it, he sure makes you deliver stock or cash within 72 hours if you make a sell or buy and he is obligated to do the same.>>>

Personally, I would encourage everyone that hasn't done so yet to do it and let's get some adrenalin pumping.
