Thanks for your response Sorin. The manager called back and had the "official" reports from the trading floor. He said that as of 9:42:42, when my order was sent, that the stock was 9/16 and a by 9:43 it had upticked to 5/8. I would have never put in my order that high, so I must have gotten a bad quote, because on my confirmation screen after I hit enter, they said the last trade was 31 1/4 as of 9:42:42. So, either the guy lied about the report, or I got a bum quote. Either way, there screw up cost me big time.
