JOHN, I agree, hec is going up as these wells come in. The middle east has been overproducing quotas already, cheating is common, the news is in the stock. If oil $p were to firm, asian economies rebound faster than expected, then hec could go to $18. I drill wells in tx., and look at this as a sidecar investment to increase my reserves, but yet retain daily liquidity.....
Do Soros's minions know something about this colombian basin geology that we don,t......is he accumulating shares while the prices of other oils go down around us? who knows? I hope so.
r.

Thanks for post. Yesterday was a confounding day. Our posted price per barrel dropped to $13.75. Shades of 1986!! I have already cinched up the belt, and am hoping to see the price bottom out at $12 (posted). I just wish it would go ahead and get there. My theory is "the lower it goes now, the higher it goes later".
HEC should really move up soon. No matter how we cut it, when the price goes this low, it is going to affect most companies with production. Just having the word "Energy" in your name is detrimental. The Arabs won't tolerate it this low for very long. They are giving away their only asset. Political loyalties only go so far.
Keep Smilin'
Rod.
