The problem with that theory is that it does not take into account that in the last 100 years or so, we have gone from concrete thinkers to abstract thinkers, and gained 60 IQ points through education (James Flynn-on youtube). That improved thinking ability, is the reason women can vote and there is no institutional slavery or segregation. And history also shows the more education the people have, the more stable and humane their societies are. And in the last 100 years we went from people having an 4th grade education to most people having some college. Enlightened highly educated societies, like the Nordic countries, generally do not have the political or social pit falls Banana Republics do. This new female politician that kicked the shit out Republicans in the House in 2018, and stole over 20/30? seats in red districts like ALL four seats of the Orange county , have just made, IMO, the most intelligent and humane House of representatives we have ever had.. THEY will clean up the swamp.
