I find it a little fishy that they announce a share buyback for the first time...and at the same time they suddenly have great visibility for next quarter ("we'll probably have a loss").

As a corporation, if I were buying back shares I'd love to buy at low prices. Get my point?

I wonder if there is any legal recourse if the co. doesn't experience a loss -- i.e., they said that just for the sake of their own buyback, at the expense of shareholders?

Speculation, but I don't trust OAKT.

Dan

Marci---Did they mentioned their acquiring one small company last quarter? Have the numbers for that been included in this earning report or will be in next one?

>> What is there investment (I believe 10%) in that Tawianese fab company worth? <<

If it referes to the UICC fab then it is probably around 35 to 45M.

The street obviously preceive negatively. We are below $6.00, hard to believe. We aren't much better than IOM.
