What is the source of your chart? It's not the St. Louis Fed (FRED) and I can prove it.

The chart begins with a lie and you didn't verify it.

Btw, the debt in 2009 was Bush's last budget. Obama wasn't in office when it passed but CBO projected debt exceeding $1 trillion for many years because Bush and the gop crashed the economy.
