Mr. Allen;

Welcome to the thread. You sound like a long time lurker that just ponied
up some pennies for the Dryer brothers and SI. We look forward to your
continued contributions.

Regarding the ASE-ASC bust-up that keeps popping up every now and then I'd
like to make some assertions that I can't back up without the risk of wrath.

Unless there has been a material change of fact we have absolutely nothing
to fear from the Canadian authorities; not now, not ever. In fact the reverse
is just as true now as when we initiated the law-suit against them. The whole
story with full details concerning why the ASE backed away so quickly from
their allegations has never been told, and you won't hear about it from me;
except now in my assertions that we are very confident regarding the outcome
of future meetings with the ASC.

Naxos will prevail. 'Nuff said.
