I posted a link proving my point. Do you have a link proving it's wrong? According to that link the gop is forcing many property owners in rich states to pay the bills for people in poor states. Put another way, rich liberal states are paying more taxes to help poor conservative states because conservatism is an abject failure even on the state level.
