By the pictures of the huge smile on Liu He's face that have been widely published, I suspect that Chump once again has been rolled. China will buy the soybeans that they would have bought anyway. Let's see how quickly they buy and how much. The half life of the Chump Presidency seems shrinking daily. China can slow roll the whole trade negotiation process.
