PDG will have lien right to work done on others property, like in Canada. If someone comes to your house in error and builds a garage there,instead of next door you do not have title to that garage, but you can make them take it away, or they can take it away and you can force them to restore the land. It will probably be faster and cheaper for KRY to simply buy the PDG stuff it wants and get PDG to remove/abandon the rest.
