re <<‘just a little bit, once’>> yep, used that line, worked at some stage. at one point I found the opening line during group hikes (followed by group meals and boat ride from lamma island) effective, on otherwise essential strangers, that being "I do not mean anything by it, but can I hold your hand?" amazing such lines work.
