Yes it is Constitutional in the context of the Soverignity of States, however President Lincoln has now put us on a path to a new civil war because of what he did in the last civil war to "preserve the union" Now it is unconstitutional for a Free State to succeed. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. What the popular vote initiative does is negate the X amendment and a core part of federalism. What a Convention of States (Article V) is to Constitutionalists, the popular vote initiative is to Communists. It is a question of which one occurs first. ALL, YOU NEED TO BE BEGGING FOR AN ARTICLE V CONVENTION NOW!/ It is the only way to preserve our current Constitution and our way of life. If not we will be at blows soon because the DEMONRATS/LIBERALS/PROGRESSIVES/COMMUNISTS/SATANISTS/ABORTIONOISTS/SOCIALISTS/ MARXISTS are going to win if we don't. What people forget is this is the UNITED States of America. The States created the Federal Government and not the other way around. The Federal Government has gotten too large and is an organ of the the Tyranny of the Minority. So ask yourself which initiative weakens the power of the FEDERAL Government Article V or popular vote initiative? Whichever one succeeds first will determine the course of America in the future. So ask yourself if Soros/Clinton and most leftists are scared $%#tless of a COS then is it a bad thing? G-n-G
