David,
At one time in my life it seemed everyone wanted my thumb print for ID, and what I learned here are "ten prints" for various security clearances, and licenses. It was always a mess, and took time.

What I really resented was somebody grabing my fingers one at a time and rolling them with undue force on the darn form. And I'm a big guy!

The real insult was that I knew print matching was a movie/TV thing. Very few criminals have ever been caught by matching prints the old fashion way. Shoot the only thing they really wanted was to verify my dead body. (It never happened!)

The government knows this!! They ought to get on the the stick with this great technology. INS being slowed down by our bureaucratic purchasing process is a prime example of .............

Sorry, got carried away!

David, maybe I didn't make myself clear on the INS, of should I say, lack of INS comments and the GSA scedule. I did not take Randy to say that he was expecting that money to come in on the scedule. At the time, he was answering a particular question on whether service revenues would continue to run ahead of product revenues. He basically said that may continue, until or unless the Goverment strays from the GSA scedule with a possible large order (INS?). Listen to it again and see if you don't agree!
