I disagree Jim, she should simply tell the truth.

After all she is under oath. Or does nothing matter anymore??

You mean President Clinton and Vernon Jordan will screw Monica if she cracks? I think she should just tell the truth, whatever that might be. If she does not tell the truth to the grand jury, she would be committing perjury. Why should she take the risk of having a felony conviction?

I don't think Clinton and Jordan would really be in positions to "screw" her if she tells the truth. Don't forget that there is an independent investigation going on regarding things like her White House access late at night as recently as a month ago, the gifts Clinton has admitted giving her, and perhaps Clinton leaving messages on her message machine, which are purportedly on Linda Tripp's tapes.

Which story should she stick to? The one on the tapes, or the signed affidavit? She is in a little bit of a muddle, having told two totally different stories, in a way.
