Allen,

I really wasn't challenging your characterization of KE, your comments were taken at face value. I am not calling for KE's head, I was just stating my opinion that there have been some lapses in execution and judgement and that there appears to be less candor from management than many bulls would like to acknowledge.

Granted that Jaz currently does dominate its' market, my point was that this market is a relatively small market when compared to the Zip type market. Jaz type products will never be the revenue producers that the ultimate "floppy replacement" will generate. So these may be profitable products, but they are not what will get to or keep IOM in the "big leagues".

After reading some of the conference call summaries I remain skeptical about several aspects of their current strategy. I completely disagree with the reluctance to reduce the retail cost of the Zip, now is the time. I think that one of the reasons that they do not want to do this is because it will hurt Zip+, with a $100 price differential Zip+ would lose sales to its older cousin.....I thought that "it is about the disks".
