Raven Agree. This is more a combination of the anti-social behavior that all of us at some time are guilty of when driving. Because we are not actually incontact with the other drivers we may drop all our civility and scream gesture etc in ways that would embarass us if we stepped back and looked at the behavior. The net due to both the separation from our audience and loss of tonal inflections, facial expressions, body language, and imprecise word choices compounds our communication problems while encouraging some sense of freedom to be as blunt or deliberately cruel as we might want. I think at some point most people have slipped into sending a note that they wish they could take back. Most people have an outside reality that reminds them of the social/civil responsibilities. Linda on the other hand lives in this net and seems to lack the external references. She needs to pull the plug on her computer and spend 2 weeks interacting with "people" to reestablish some balance. I've taken up enough time on this OFF TOPIC. Glenn
