Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh admitted, after the success of the Muslim Brotherhood in controlling the Egyptian parliament after the January 2011 disaster, that Hamas is the armed wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.
