Hi Harold, thanks for the info.

I knew Rubin sold (wisely) back in Nov. Someone posted either here or on Yahoo a while back that Rubin now owned 20% of the outstanding shares. I've seen nothing to confirm this, so I guess we'll have to wait for their quarterly report to figure it out.

Give me some time on your E-mail...I've got to go to San Antonio next week and will try to get back with you when I return.

I still have heard nothing on the amount of shares outstanding. Part of the conversion was money that Rubin would loan to the company (if needed). Is there any other conversion paper out there?
