Hi Bro. John, long time : I see you've heard of the alternative listing criteria for the smallcap market as well. I got an education in the subject on the FONR thread last spring (oughta check back in and see if they ever succeeded). I'm not clear on all the other details, but a $3 close for thirty days is part of it. 'Course even this is difficult to achieve unless performance is outstanding because the MMs hate to "lose" a player to the legit exchanges. IMO When it comes to "growing" your way out of the OTC, the MMs will make you run the gauntlet and it is definitely survival of the fittest. -R
