Hi Jaspert,

You have noted:

"I agree with you on the issues of Specilist and the CC. But, I do think we need some help on TFS in the area of IR and PR. The price of the stock is still somewhat depend on the "perceived" value."

Can't disagree with you there, Jaspert. The company needs a new audience, that is for sure. I am sure it is discouraging to management to do a good job running the firm, and now, add to that a very good conference call, and still the stock languishes at a substantial discount to the average stock's valuation.

Obviously, I would do things a bit differently, but you can't fault them for not trying, as Mr. Buchanan tried to incorporate all the issues that concern investors in the most recent conference call.

But, the "courting" of Wall Street is a lengthy process, and to achieve a modicum of success, the effort has to be consistent and cover a reasonable period of time. And, it takes more than conference calls.

It is my understanding that the firm will be appearing before some institutional investors in early February. That is a good step, and is something that should be done religiously for a couple of days every month. I know that it is a "burden" on management, who generally feel that it is time "wasted", but a company's valuation largely depends on whether its owners are investors or traders.

You and I might well be investors, Jaspert. But the miniscule institutional interest in this stock (with the largest such holders now almost certainly index funds) is an indication that too many shares are in the hands of "traders."

For the stock to get a decent evaluation, the character of its ownership base will have to change. That is Buchanan's challenge...and considering his ownership interest...his opportunity.

Have a good evening.
