We don’t need petrol anymore ? How’d that peak oil prediction of your turn out ? The reality is none of your green solutions exist without oil.

Anything that puts the oil and power companies out of biz I will sign up for. Yes I will like to be off the grid and will do what I can to do so. Much recommended. But I am not going to be an idiot about global warming either. It's obvious, [very obvious now to me indeed], that the "science" of global warming is just "find evidence of global warming" and nothing else. The banksters .... including the oil companies... have this all set up. They are not interested in the science of climate... they are interested in finding evidence of global warming to "prove the case". Why? you might ask. Easy. Wall Street just loves a story for the general public to get totally invested in. The housing bubble is a prime example. Later, after several years of even decades, reality set in and lots of investments go bust and a select few clean up by either shorting those investments or buying up others on the cheap. Classic "say one thing .... do another". The "Climate Warming" "science" has all the hallmarks of a scam. Buyer beware. The well heeled people will like to have a foot in both outcomes, but will want to know before anyone else what the real story is so they can cash in on the deal. Hence the real story might well not get out there or is denied in the press. The press is owned, owned big time, and it's getting worse with the lies they print every day. This is why the so called "skeptics" hit a religious stone wall when it comes to talking climate science with the "warmers"... the "warmers" don't want to think about it, or consider it, as they might be proved wrong. They will just post an etch-a-sketch graph of some line that goes from the bottom left to the top right. The very possibility that a temperature trend corrects is an anathema to them... yet it is the most likely outcome. Has been for billions of years.
