This race in the Democratic party is once again becoming a race between the middle and left, exactly like 2016. And Biden is a clone of Hillary.

Biden has been the leader, but he is failing. He had horrible fund raising in 3rd quarter, just 15 million, and half of that was large donors; and he stumbled all night in the debates last night. Biden is a one legged stool i.e. I am the best choice to best Trump. If that breaks he falls.

Buttigieg in the mean time raised 19 million and Warren 24 million and Sanders 25 million.

So several candidates are jockeying to replace Biden and represent the middle: Mayor Pete, Klobuchar, and Beto. And the lines of the divide are becoming clear as can be seen by Buttigieg last night attacking Sanders, Warren and Beto. In doing that he will lose the left now.

That is a "going all in tactic" for Buttigieg as by doing that he may gain the middle, which is his play, but he will lose the left.

Biden's and Harri's best chance may well be to team up, and there is some indication that is what they are doing??

In the mean time, Warren may be looking at Andrew Gillum who ran for governor of Florida and just missed winning. Which would be a superb pick IMO.

He's right, of course. With the dark money pouring in to the US on the rep side, you can't win with pocket change. Are you interested in losing with high principles, or do you want to win this and keep a crazed criminal suffering from dementia away from the nuclear codes? Gosh I wish that were a false dichotomy, but it's really not.

You've got to play under the existing rules, otherwise, you lose. Imagine an NFL team deciding to play by Christ's rules!
