Jay,

Current valuation of ATI has factored in accelerated earnings in 1999 and many years beyond. On that basis, I don't think ATI has reached it potential in price appreciation.

As a long-term investor, that's how I do my valuations. If, however, ATI's earnings should level off after 1998/99, I would say that $45 could be it, but obviously that it's not the case.
