More than half the population is not qualified to home school.
Is that in an absolute sense or in comparison to public schools? I think a lot more than 1/2 can do better than public schools, especially with the resources available today.

My observation is based on the fact that 50% of the population is below average IQ.

Yes, there are online K-12 schools now. Remember, how many kids
in your own class couldn't understand fractions and Algebra?
