Well, that is a more interesting view, at least it's acknowledged that clouds... made from condensing water vapor, are maybe important.

Such a nice variation from the religious mantra that CO2 is the cause of climate change and nothing else.

The Suns output is a macro event... covers the solar system.... so I think the claim that the cosmic ray index has no effect will need some thorough checking. imho.

You know me... It's all down to cycles.
