He doesn't need a moral or rightous position. He is given that by the position he holds.

You may think he is a right wing political appointee, but the fact is that Congress is a representative of the people, and they appointed him.

Using your belief, why investigate anyone?? Why not just let the powers that be do anything they please??

I personally believe that Whitewater is a very serious matter. I don't want to get into the whole Witewater issue with you, but using banks illegally to funnel money into campaign coffers is a very serious issue IMHO. Maybe it's true and maybe it's not. Investigating was the right answer.

It just happens that the same people who were related to the Whitewater case for covering up, are some of the same people mentioned in this sex-hearing. I think it's perfectly legitimate for the Special prosecuter to investigate whether lying in depositions has taken place.

Don't forget, people have been indighted for Whitewater and are already in Jail.
