Pugs,

Would this second investor possibly be one of the alledged short sellers?? <wink>

Just having some fun... but I do wish to continue to express concern that I believe the sharholders need some answers from RMIL's management relative to total number of outstanding shares (documented evidence from management). I still feel that, IF there is a 5-6 million share short position, it would greatly be to the company's advantage to cut a private deal with them to raise capital for the company on the backs of those who held their shares in certificate form.

I think it is time that management begin sticking its neck on the line in the same manner that its shareholders have. Any private deal would completely undercut the ability to squeeze the stock and since the company has not "officially" acknowledged the short position, shareholder left holding the bag would have little legal recourse (my opinion).

They've asked and received a lot from their shareholders. I just hope that shareholders will return the "favor" and ask for similiar commitment from management.

Regards,

Ron

Pugs,

>>the backorders for RMCWater<< This 'backorder' thing keeps coming up over and over....primarily from you. What proof do you have of this order? As I have stated before, this 'backorder,' supposedly from Taiwan, would mean the purchase of at least 2 bottles of water for each citizen of that country.....that's hard to believe.
