Scott,

As Jack Zahran posted on SI, is it accurate to say that yesterday's 8K reflects a decrease of 57,071 shares that Mr. Jenkins had said he was going to sell as of March, 1997?

And, if that is the case, is it accurate to say that Mr. Jenkins is planning to sell 50% fewer shares than so stated in that 03/97 8K?

Thanks for any info you have to clarify this latest release.

David

Hello David,

It is good to hear from you again. Yes Mr. Jenkins has decreased his position by the 57,071 shares that Mr. Jenkins had registered. To answer your second question, I do not believe Mr. Jenkins is planning to sell any shares in the new future.

Please contact me if you need more clarification. Thanks for your interest and support.

Hope to see you at the shareholder meeting.

I think this is a bullish sign that Jenkins is holding on to more of his shares. Now just waiting on news, contracts, and shareholder's meeting ...

Jack - I agree completely. "TPRO will be re-born as financially stronger TAVA."

Kelsall's setting aside potentially bad debts and taking the $ hit in Q497 was a very savvy move. It ensures that only good news can come from that front.
If the deadbeats go belly up and we get zip, no big deal, as we booked the loss long ago - it's non-news.
If we collect anything, it's $ straight to the bottom line - good news.

When investing in a company, one is ultimately investing in the people who run it. Everything I've seen/heard tells me our management team is exceedingly competent.

I bought this stock for where it will be in 1999. Have yet to see anything to change my mind.
