To me, the big advance in TV was going to 1080p,

John

Do you have a 4K TV? When 4K came out I wasn't impressed until my son bought me a 4K TV for my bedroom and I was able to compare the same programing being played on my living room HD TV and up scaling the same program to my 4K TV. I was stunned. I was never able to see the difference in stores like Best Buy but once got one home I was impressed.

Now it will be interesting to test 8K.
