The USA is the most heavily defended air space in the world. The guys defending do a good job if they are allowed to do so.

No, the next people to fly planes into buildings will be the same guys as last time. Unless the root causes of what went wrong last time get fixed.

The overflights need to be doubled up over any high rise buildings that are old and have asbestos in them would be my recommendation.
