You're correct that pathological narcissism doesn't prevent dementia, but I don't perceive Donald Trump being any more ridiculous today than he was 30 years ago when he was the joke of New York.

The only difference is today this buffoon is adversely affecting the lives of billions of people.

As General James Mattis said today, "I earned my spurs in battle, while Donald Trump earned his spurs in a letter from his Doctor."

It's hilarious that anyone was stupid enough to vote for this spoiled rich brat whose only life accomplishment was being a well-known clown.
