Pugs,

One thing I will not do is "call the company." If they are unwilling to put something out publically, then I am unwilling to hear it. That's just a simple policy that I think serves me well.

The problem with the logic on this one is that if someone wants to purchase $30MM worth of water for Taiwan or anywhere else, there are plenty of vendors and I doubt that they would have waited this long to get their order filled.
