When the US stayed in a war of choice in Iraq after Bush lied about WMDs, we lost our innocence. Hundreds of thousand to millions of Iraqis and Muslims were killed in his war of choice along with thousands of Americans. Then, he committed war crimes and no one cared. Not even our churches. But to a republican, a terrorist attack on Benghazi is Clinton's fault or maybe it's her email. We hear of priests raping children, of children being taken away from their parents and Americans adopting them even though they have families. Adoption agencies making money off of kids our government kidnaps isn't even shocking any more. With child kidnapping and child rape done by government and clergy, do we really need war to tell us how bad things can get?
