Correct me if i"m wrong. I don't see the specific relevance to ASND of the following article other than extremely broad brush strokes of implied relevance.

You hit the nail on the head. Anything that will cause an increase in backbone demand (DSL, a killer application like video on demand, etc.) will be of benefit to all core switching providers (like ASND). Sorry for not responding before.
