"If you can afford a house on the beach, you can also afford to rebuild it periodically."

That comment frightened him into not purchasing the home.

Moral of the story: He couldn't afford it. Some can some can't.

My wife told me I couldn't afford to buy AAPL stock. I did anyhow.

A beach house gives you pleasure twice. In the day you buy it and the day you sell it.

So goes the Brazilian saying.

The first thing people sell when times gets tough is the beach house. And that is exactly the same time people are selling.

By the way, I hate beaches. I have lower blood pressure, Humidity and heat makes me fell bad.

Dry air colder air and altitude make me feel better.

Yes, I go to the beach once in a while, because most women I was with liked beaches.

inviting a girl to the beach to get a Sun tan on the spring is a sure bet.
