No - the question comprises an inquiry of your knowledge of punishment of a concept. You do know that "punishment" is not about the subject but the behavior. Falling out of a tree when climbing is a punishment in the strict definition. Wikipedia:

In operant conditioning, punishment is any change in a human or animal's surroundings that occurs after a given behavior or response which reduces the likelihood of that behavior occurring again in the future.


Do we let the environment passively punish the behavior (as in falling out of a tree when not using appropriate gear) or is it permissible to mediate the probability of punishment of behavior?
