Jumping out of a plane without a parachute contains a 'punishment' by strict definitions from psychology. This is not a logic problem but a statement of factual definition (emphasis added below.) You seem to want to opine without using the terminology of the subject matter of 'operant conditioning': Punishment is a term used in operant conditioning to refer to any change that occurs after a behavior that reduces the likelihood that that behavior will occur again in the future. You want to express casual opinions without definitions? - I'm done.
