That is tantamount to saying No medical life saving from being shot unless you carry a gun and shoot back protecting yourself from more bullets. Laws implemented forcing an action. do not give freedoms , But rather restrict freedom of personal choice. Statistics presented on seat belts saving lives are false. When people are in an accident and the cop asks, Were you wearing your belt ? People always answer "YES" Even when they were not. Because a NO answer results in being issued a ticket for a hundred or so bucks plus driving violation points. But stats are made up with those false Yes answers. which are numerous.
