If an insurance company sets their rates based on a fantasy criteria not based on reality, other firms will eat their lunch.

I sense you're very unfamiliar with living in a democracy, which is not surprising given Brazil was a dictatorship during much of your life.

A lot of noisy advocacy goes on in a democracy, but I've never seen a pipeline from these theatrical presentations to business decisions, unless you sell something like t-shirts.
