The CIA doesn't know the alleged wrongdoing? LOL Let's start with spying on Americans under false pretenses. Spying on a US Presidential campaign. The CIA is prohibited from operating inside the US. Manufacturing false evidence to present to the FISA court. Lying to investigators, Congress and We the People. Participating in an attempted coup of a sitting/duly elected Pres.
