Since the liberals don't have the absolute majority, they need to convince 17 other MP's to support them in order to have a valid government. This means that they will come closer to their ideological partners (most likely NDP) in order to win their support.

This is a way for the party that has no chance of governing - NDP - to get some of their tickets on the government agenda. Hypothetically, the Liberals could work with any and all parties in order to maintain the government - but in practice the Conservatives will rather see them fail than help them govern, since they hope to regain the government themselves.

This is a system in which you can't veer off too much off the center or piss too many people off b/c you will end up needing them everyday. Impeachment is not a requirement to kick the PM out - if he pisses off too many people, it will simply happen when he loses the confidence of the parliament to govern.

don lemon mentioned that justin was projected as the
winner ... followed by a comment about his 'black-face'
costumes. that was about it, but it's understandable.

no, the conservatives gaining seats will not have an affect
on justin's government. those two parties will never work
together.

might be harder for him to have a minority government
but it is definitely better for canadians because it forces
compromise. in all likelihood he will align himself with the
NDP.
